How does the free trial work?
Create your hospital account and use every feature free for 14 days. No payment details are needed to start.
How are packages priced?
By the number of patients on file. Pick the package that covers your patient list — from 1,000 patients up to unlimited — and move up whenever you grow. Staff accounts and all modules are included in every package.
How do I pay?
Packages are paid for 6 months or for 1 year at a time, with M-Pesa, Mixx by Yas, Airtel Money, HaloPesa or a card. Your package is activated automatically as soon as the payment is confirmed.
What happens when I get close to my patient limit?
We e-mail you when you reach 80%, 95% and 100% of your allowance, with a link to upgrade. At 100% new patient registration pauses until you upgrade; existing patients and records are never affected.
Is my patient data private?
Yes. Every hospital has its own separate database and file storage, so staff at one hospital can never see another hospital’s records.
Can I import my existing medicines and stock?
Yes. Download the sample spreadsheet, fill in your medicines and opening stock, and the importer checks it row by row before anything is saved.
Does it work for NHIF and insurance patients?
Yes. Patients can be registered as cash or insurance, and insurer billing and claim forms are part of the system.
